Who is covered

This warranty covers the original purchaser of a new Rezatto product bought from rezattousa.com or an authorized Rezatto retailer, for use in a household kitchen. It is not transferable.

What is covered

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use, such as:

  • a board that cracks or splits without impact or misuse;
  • a board that warps or deforms under normal use and cleaning;
  • defects in the stand.

How long coverage lasts

One (1) year from the date your order was delivered.

What we will do

If your product has a covered defect, we will, at our option, repair or replace the defective item with the same or a comparable finish. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the price you paid for the defective item. We cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.

What is not covered

  • Normal wear, including knife marks and scratches on the cutting surface and gradual changes in sheen.
  • Damage from dropping or impact, including chipped edges.
  • Damage from heat: hot pots and pans, ovens, microwaves, stovetops or open flame.
  • Damage from cutting frozen food, ice or bones, using cleavers, or heavy pounding.
  • Damage from harsh chemicals, solvents or abrasive tools such as steel wool.
  • Commercial or restaurant use, modifications, or products bought from unauthorized sellers.

How to make a claim

  1. Email support@rezattousa.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos.
  2. We’ll respond, usually within one business day. In some cases we may ask you to send the item back so we can inspect it. If the defect is covered, we pay that shipping.

Legal terms

Any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the one-year duration of this written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Rezatto LLC is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
