Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. All orders ship from our warehouse in Boca Raton, Florida.

Shipping cost

• Shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States.

Delivery time

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery takes 3–5 business days after shipping for most US addresses.
• Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.

Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day. During peak holiday weeks, please allow a little extra time.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Damaged in transit

Each set is packed in its gift box with protective shipping materials. If your order arrives damaged, email support@rezattousa.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible — we can update it only before the order ships.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking hasn’t updated in 5 business days or shows delivered but you can’t find it, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
